Teachman’s Take: Winds Will Ease, Staying Dry

Winds have been intense today, easily gusting over 40 MPH at times.  As the sun sets this evening, winds will slacken some as a cold front approaches the area.  Unfortunately, if anybody sees a shower or storm out of this, it will be eastern Kansas near the Kansas/Missouri state line. Temperatures will start to cool off out west overnight.  But, the eastern half of the state will remain muggy.
