Slick spots and brutal cold — that’s what we’re tracking overnight.  Crews have been out retreating roads now that the sun has set with temps continue to dip.   Layer up if you will be outdoors this evening as wind chills are already below zero.  And it will continue to get worse through tomorrow morning.
