Teachman’s Take: Frosty Overnight With Warming Days Ahead

It has been a chilly day — and some of the coldest temperatures we have faced since May.  The clouds are finally breaking up which isn’t good news.  Cloud cover works as a thermal blanket to keep our temperatures warm.  Overnight, once the clouds go and the winds lighten up, that’s when temperatures are sure to take a tumble. Freeze Warnings and Frost Advisories have been posted for the majority of Kansas overnight and through Wednesday morning.   If you have any plants or flowers you want to protect, don’t forget to bring them in before bed.  Tonight’s temps will…
