KSN Threat Tracker for Sunday, July 16, 2017

9:55PM Summer sizzle is back ON this week. Tomorrow evening showers and storms will be possible, mainly north of I-70. This will be last chance for rain in a while. I’ll have your forecast coming up on KSN TV at 10.

8:08PM A beautiful evening unfolding. Hope everyone had a GREAT weekend!

4:45PM We do have a few storms trying to fire up in parts of western Kansas. Unsettled weather will carry this half of the state through the rest of the evening. Could be looking at another round tomorrow before it’s all said and done. The heat is back ON in full swing though. The thermometer will camp out in the high 90s and lower 100s all the way into next weekend.

2:40PM A clean scan on Storm Tracker Radar but we’re still watching for storms to develop across western Kansas later on in the day. Check out this beautiful shot with our metro sky camera! How are you enjoying the day?

I’m working on the forecast now and sweating just looking at the numbers in the extended forecast. We’re headed back to the low 100s for day time highs this week. I’ll have your forecast on KSN TV at 5! See you then.

7:30AM Your Sunday will be very much like yesterday. We’ll see scattered showers with a few strong storms in western Kansas throughout the day, with the rest of the state seeing partly cloudy skies, light winds, hot temperatures, and humid conditions making it feel like it’s well into the upper 90s and low 100s. http://ksn.com/category/weather/
