While tonight into Saturday will likely see just light amounts of freezing drizzle and freezing rain, there will still be slick spots especially on elevated roadways. Then, late Saturday into the rest of the weekend the ice storm is poised to create difficulties. We will see enough ice accumulation in the Western part of Kansas to likely lead to not only hazardous driving but also power outages and widespread tree damage.
