Kansas basketball prepares for Davidson

ku-hoops

The Kansas Jayhawks are back in action this Saturday in Kansas City when they take on Davidson. There isn’t much history between these two teams, but the two games they have played have both been down-to-the-wire finishes.

In 2008, Kansas held on to beat a Stephen Curry-led Wildcats team by two points in the Elite Eight en route to winning the national championship. But Davidson at least got a little revenge in 2011, beating Kansas at the Sprint Center 80-74. Saturday’s game tips off at 6 p.m. and can be seen on ESPN2.
