WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A couple arrived home around 6:30 Thursday evening to find an intruder burglarizing their home.
The burglar pointed a gun at them and pushed the woman before fleeing the home. The woman was not injured.
After looking around the home, the couple discovered that some money, guns and electronics were taken.
A K-9 unit was called to the scene and helped police officers locate a 19-year-old man in the 700 block of South Armour. He was arrested on 2 counts of aggravated assault, aggravated burglary, simple battery, felony theft, 6 counts of a felon in possession of a firearm and a Sedgwick County warrant.
The stolen property was recovered.
