Derby man makes first appearance after fatal hit-and-run

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) РA Derby man appeared in court Wednesday after being arrested for a fatal hit-and-run. It happened Friday night in the area of 47th Street South and Oliver.

A vehicle hit and killed 32-year-old Amber L. Lehman.

A judge charged 61-year-old Randal Keesling with premeditated first degree murder, saying he was the driver.

He’s being held on a $225,000 bond and will be back in court on Dec. 14.
