WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Police are investigating after a local Presto gas station was robbed twice overnight.
The first happened just after 8:30 p.m. Friday, in the 2000 block of South Oliver.
A 23-year-old employee says a man entered the business and demanded money.
The suspect fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash.
The victim was not harmed.
The second happened at 2:35 a.m. Saturday morning when an 18-year-old employee was confronted by two men.
The victim says the suspects demanded money and fled the scene with an unknown amount of cash and food items.
Police say the suspects in the second robbery were found at two separate locations and were arrested.
Officials say the two incidents are not related.
