NEW YORK (KSNW) – A Wichita company got a moment in the spotlight Monday.

The president of Spirit AeroSystems and Wichita Mayor Jeff Longwell rang the closing bell on the the New York Stock Exchange.

They were celebrating Spirit’s 10th year of being a publicly traded company.

The trip was paid for by Spirit AeroSystems.
