RAWLINS COUNTY, Kan. (KSNW) – One man is dead after being thrown from his vehicle during an accident.
According to the Kansas Highway Patrol’s crash logs, the accident happened at 2:30 a.m. Sunday morning in Rawlins County, 14 miles north of Colby.
Thirty-year-old Theodore Jack Juenemann was traveling north on Kansas 25 when his vehicle left the road on the right.
The log says Juemenmann over corrected, sending him into the ditch on the west side of the road.
The vehicle was sent into a wheat field where it rolled an unknown amount of times.
During the rolling, Juenemann was not wearing a seatbelt and was thrown from his vehicle.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
