WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Wichita Fire Department battled a house fire early Tuesday morning in northeast Wichita.
It broke out around 8 a.m. in a multi-level home in the 7300 block of East 30th Circle North. A neighbor spotted smoke and called the fire into authorities.
When crews arrived, smoke was showing. Officials searched the home and found no one inside. However, they did find a dog that died in the fire.
Officials haven’t determined what caused the fire. Damage is estimated at $225,000.
