What is your plan to deal with the Kansas Budget?

The truth about the Kansas Budget needs to be given to the public with honesty and transparency. There needs to be a true audit of where the money goes and the effectiveness of each dollar goes.

What kind of changes do you support in rewriting the school funding formula? Do you support additional funding for Kansas schools?

A focus on school funding has to be a priority for Kansas. The tax payers should know and understand how all money being given to the school district each year is being distributed.
A true audit need to be done for all school districts in order to reach an understanding of how to meet the needs of the children in the classroom. The classroom should be the focus.

What is your number one priority for the upcoming legislative session and how do you plan to address it?

The focus should be on a true balance budget with a percentage of reserve to allow for the ps and downs of an economy on any given year. We have to be prepared for the shortfalls and windfalls of taxes which are collected Limited government and smaller government is necessary to achieve these goals.
