What is your plan to deal with the Kansas Budget?

Restore taxes – that means all taxes – to pre-Brownback figures that make sense and funds government – all of it, not just the parts some may like.

What kind of changes do you support in rewriting the school funding formula? Do you support additional funding for Kansas schools?

Returning to the funding formula pre-brownback and fully funding it would be a start.

What is your number one priority for the upcoming legislative session and how do you plan to address it?

Education funding equity, adequacy of child services, Medicaid Expansion to restore rural health clinics and hospitals and restoring Highway Funding are all priorities, but after what will be 6 years of damage to the state by an intractable administration, we have much to do and no time for games surrounding God, Guns, Gays or Abortion. Those are all settled issues – if you don’t like those being settled, I am not your vote.
