Three liquor stores burglarized early Sunday

WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – Police are investigating after three liquor stores were broken into early Sunday morning.

Just before 1 a.m., Jacob’s Liquor, in the 10000 block of West 21st Street, was broken into.

Fizzie’s Wine and Spirits in the 2900 block of North Tyler was broken into around 1:15 a.m.

And Rolling Hills Wine & Spirits was the latest victim, happening at 2:45 a.m. in the 300 block of South Maize.

In all three cases, officers say suspects smashed out the front door and made their way to the office area. There, they stole money and checks.

There is surveillance video of some of the incidents, which will be used in the investigation.

Investigators are working to determine if all three robberies are connected.
