“Blindspot” returns tonight to begin its second season. The thriller focusing on an amnesiac covered in tattoos ended its first season with heroine Jane Doe arrested and the mystery of her identity deepening, just when it seemed almost solved.

The new season opens with Jane in government custody.

Emmy winner Archie Panjabi joins the cast as the head of a top secret NSA department that finally deciphers Jane’s identity.

“You get answers to everything and we’re talking real answers, not twists,” star Jaiimie Alexander says.

Still, the ripple effects from last season linger for Kurt Weller’s FBI team, and the Jane Doe they think betrayed them.

You can see “Blindspot” on KSN starting at 9 p.m. after the season finale of America’s Got Talent.
