$1 Million Powerball ticket sold in south central Kansas

TOPEKA, KAN. – Kansas Lottery players, check your tickets!  One ticket sold in south central Kansas matched the first five Powerball numbers, but not the Powerball to win a $1 million cash prize!  The winning numbers in the September 10 Powerball drawing are: 3-17-49-55-68 Powerball 8.

This is the second $1 million Powerball cash prize Kansas has won within the past few weeks. A Wichita resident claimed a $1 million cash prize in the August 24 Powerball drawing.  The estimated Powerball jackpot for Wednesday night’s drawing is $222 million, with a cash option of $150.4 million.

The Super Kansas Cash jackpot of $2.985 million in tonight’s drawing is nearing a record.  The record jackpot was $3.14 million, which was won by a Topeka resident in 2006.  One lucky ticket sold in north central Kansas matched the first five Super Kansas Cash numbers, but not the Cashball to win a $2,000 cash prize.  The winning numbers in the September 10 Super Kansas Cash drawing are: 6-23-24-27-32 Cashball 18.

Mega Million continues to climb after no tickets matched all numbers in the September 9 drawing.  The estimated Mega Millions jackpot for Tuesday night’s drawing is $122 million, with a cash option of $82.5 million.

The estimated Hot Lotto jackpot for Wednesday night’s drawing is $1.2 million.
