Zika cases up in Kansas

TOPEKA, Kan. (KSNW) – The number of Zika cases has gone up in Kansas. Last week, five cases were reported. Now, there are eight cases reported.

The Kansas Department of Health says the three new cases are all adults. Two cases are in northeast Kansas, and one is from southeast Kansas.

The KHDE won’t release any other information other than to say all the cases are travel associated.
