Royals option of Terrance Gore to Northwest Arkansas

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KSNW) – Following this afternoon’s game against the Washington Nationals, the Kansas City Royals announced that they have optioned outfielder Terrance Gore to Northwest Arkansas. The club will make a corresponding roster move prior to Friday’s game against the Cleveland Indians.

Gore, 24, has played in four games with the Royals this season, recording two steals and two runs scored.

The Royals lost their series against the Nationals with a final score of 13-2 in Game 3.

The Royals have Thursday off before their 3-game set in Cleveland.
