WICHITA, Kansas – KSN is continuing to look into this weekends arrest of Former Dallas Cowboy Joseph Randle.
Randle remains behind bars at the Sedgwick County jail. He is being held on a $100,000 bond for multiple counts.
This is the fifth time he’s been arrested in the last 18 months.
Randle was arrested on three counts of suspicion of aggravated battery and one count each of possession of marijuana and criminal damage to property.
Police say he was at a house party early Sunday morning, when he got into an argument, and was asked to leave. He’s accused of hitting three people with his car, chased after them, and forced his way into the house.
Neighbors were surprised to learn about the incident.
“This is a pretty quiet neighborhood. I never heard something like that. That’s what I’m saying. It’s surprising something happened right here, in this neighborhood,” said neighbor, Alen Martinez.
Randle’s case is expected to be presented to the Sedgwick County District Attorney on Wednesday for potential charges.
