Motorcycle club drops off gifts for kids

Bikes lit up as part of charity drop off for needy Wichita family

WICHITA, Kansas –  Bikes decorated with tensile, Christmas lights, and holiday bling made a local family’s holiday a little brighter.

Riders with the Six-Two Motorcycle Club made a charitable donation of over $1,500 in conjunction with the new Wichita charity, Mystery Angels.

The charity targeted a Wichita woman who’d taken in four of her grandchildren after they were nearly put into foster care.

The woman, along with her 17-year-old son, and four grandchildren received gifts of some car seats, stocking-stuffers, pajamas, holiday movies and hot cocoa.

The gifts were given along with basic necessities collected by the online group “We Ride Kansas.”

Organizers said it was just something that helps put a good name out for the biker community and it satisfies their drive to give back.
