KBI officials say Stephen Draks has made threatening statement and may be armed.  Agents say he could either be in the greater Lawrence area or traveling elsewhere in Kansas or en route to Colorado.

The KBI asked if Andrew, Stephen, or any of the vehicles are seen, do not approach them.  Instead, citizens are asked to call 911.
