Police: 4 arrests made in prostitution sting

WICHITA, Kansas – Wichita police on Wednesday morning said that they arrested four women on charges of prostitution. It happened in the 1100 block of North Topeka Tuesday evening.

During a six hour period, four women were arrested. There ages are 30, 37, 45 and 55.

Police say several neighborhood complaints caused them to conduct the sting. Police say another problem area in Wichita for prostitution is North and South Broadway.
