Shots fired at car on I-135 leaves man with minor injuries

WICHITA, Kansas – A Wichita man suffered minor injuries after shots were fired at his car on I-135 early Sunday morning.

Wichita Police say they received a call to 911 around 4 a.m.

They made contact with a 20 and 27-year-old man who said they were driving in the 3300 block of S. I-135 when someone inside a black 2000 Dodge Charger shot at their vehicle.

The drivers-side window was struck.

The driver of the Charger reported he suffered a cut from flying glass, but was otherwise uninjured.

Police were unable to locate the vehicle or the suspects.
