HUTCHINSON, Kansas – Five teens accused of allegedly planning an attack at Hutchinson High School on the last day of school using bombs and guns have been released.
The five were charged with solicitation to commit first-degree murder based on what prosecutors say they posted on Facebook.
KSN confirmed a judge put some stipulations on their release. Those stipulations include court services supervision, no access to internet devices and firearms, no contact with co-respondents, a curfew, and drug testing.
KSN is not naming the suspects in the case because they are all juveniles.
