WICHITA, Kan. – Warm weather and old cars greeted visitors to the Sedgwick County Zoo Sunday.

The zoo’s main attraction on Father’s Day was, of course, the Father’s Day Car Show Sunday. It runs until 4:30 p.m. today.

The show featured a lot of cars, many of which were antiques autos and vintage hot rods. All of the cars were mixed in with the zoo’s animal exhibits.

All dads were given free admission with a paid child’s admission to the car show and zoo.

Sedgwick County Zoo has been recognized with national and international awards for its support of field conservation programs and successful breeding of rare and endangered species.
