TULSA, Okla. (AP) – The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is joining the search for two missing Okmulgee men.
The Tulsa World reports that 20-year-old Benjamin Baber and 20-year-old Cody Parrick attended the Rocklahoma music festival near Pryor on May 22 but haven’t been seen or heard from since.
Mayes County law enforcement officials and concerned citizens conducted a search on Wednesday of more than 400 acres around where the festival was conducted, but the two men remained classified as missing on Thursday.
Okmulgee County Sheriff Eddy Rice says he has enlisted the assistance of the OSBI, but the sheriff says investigators have found nothing to indicate foul play.
Family members say Baber and Parrick had three-day passes for the Rocklahoma performances and were planning to be there for the entire weekend.
