TOPEKA, Kansas – The U.S. Marshals Service Thursday announced a Topeka robbery suspect was apprehended in Wichita.

A statement released by the Marshals Service says twenty-two-year-old Dominique Coward was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force in Wichita and booked into the Sedgwick County jail with a bond of $100,000.

Coward was wanted for a robbery that occurred on April 24, 2015 in Topeka where a large amount of cash was taken. He and another suspect, Antwanisha Love, were both the subject of arrest warrants issued four days after the robbery.

The Marshals Service says they were assisted in the search and apprehension of Coward by the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Topeka Police Department, the Kansas Department of Corrections and the Shawnee County Sheriff’s Office.
