Wichita State losing some basketball players

WICHITA, Kansas – Wichita State is losing some of the players on its basketball team.

On Monday, the team’s two stars, Ron Baker and Fred VanVleet, announced they are staying instead of going to the NBA.

Now, three players are transferring out of Wichita State.

Corey Henderson and Ria’n Holland, both Freshman Guards, are leaving. They averaged about 2 points per game.

Tevin Glass is a Junior Forward is leaving.  He averaged about five minutes of playing time in the 19 games he played in. He scored about 2 points per game.
