Teens arrested for stealing prescription drugs

WICHITA, Kansas – Two teenage boys were arrested for stealing prescription drugs. It happened Monday in the 1300 block of South Millwood.

According to Wichita police, a woman called to report a burglary in the area. Officers quickly responded to the address on Millwood and found two teenagers breaking out several windows on a shed.

Officials searched both teens and found prescriptions belonging to a home in the 1200 block of South Elizabeth. Police found that the home in that location had been broken into.

The teens were taken to the Juvenile Intake and Assessment Center.  They were booked for non-residential burglary, criminal damage to property, and theft.
