Connor Frankamp to play for the Shockers

WICHITA, Kansas – North High all star Connor Frankamp is coming home to play with the Shockers.

Frankamp played his freshman year at Kansas but decided to leave the basketball program in October.

The guard considered transferring to Colorado and Creighton but ultimately chose Wichita State.

He made his recruiting visit during the Shockers 112-55 exhibition win over Northwood on November 8th.

On Monday, he told WSU coaches he would enroll for the spring semester making him eligible to play after the first semester of the 2015-16 school year.

He averaged 2.5 points in 8.3 minutes last season.
