Louis Rose Hill Cafe’s Meatloaf

Today’s recipe comes from Louis Forman of Louis Rose Hill Cafe.

5 lbs. Hamburger
3 cups bread crumbs
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tbls. Worcestershire
2 eggs
1/4CUP each parsley and green onions.
Salt and cayenne to taste
1 1/2lbs. Of bacon chopped
1/2cup diced onions
1/4cup diced bell pepper and celery each.


  • Sautee and brown bacon add trinity cook until tender cool then puree in food processor.
  • Preheat oven to 375
  • Mix all ingredients and form into loaf.
  • Cover with foil and cook for 1 hour. Remove foil and drain. Place back in oven for 30 minutes until brown.
