WICHITA, Kansas – A Wichita man has been sentenced to 86 months in prison for a series of crimes including burglary, theft, possession of stolen property, making false information and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement.

In June, Sedgwick County District Judge Warren Wilbert sentenced Scott Reineke, 43 of Wichita, to 74 months in prison for 11 felonies.

Last Friday Judge Wilbert gave Reineke an additional 12 months for fleeing or attempting to elude Wichita Police.

On January 16th, Wichita police were able to identify Reineke after he gave them his driver’s license prior to fleeing a routine traffic stop at Topeka and Orme.

Judge Wilbert noted Reineke has a criminal history of over 50 felony convictions.
