WICHITA, Kansas – Kansas felt an earthquake for the second time this week, this time in Harper County.

A 3.0 earthquake was felt around 7:30p.m. about 5 miles SE of Harper.

The US Geological Survey rated the earthquake as a 3.0 on the Richter scale, which is a noticeable movement in structures, but nothing dangerous.
