WICHITA, Kansas – New details about a triple fatal accident that happened Sunday morning on K-254 near the Butler-Sedgwick County line.

A Butler County Sheriff’s deputy says 16-year-old Dominic Stolfi was high on LSD, when he drove the wrong-way and hit another car head-on this past Sunday.

Twenty-seven-year-old Lisa Hardy and 52-year-old Nancy Ross both from Potwin were killed.

They had pulled their vehicle over to the shoulder of the road, but were still hit.
