Job Fair features dozens of companies looking for workers

WICHITA, Kansas – More than 50 companies will be on hand at Wichita’s Century II today for a statewide diversity job fair.

The Urban League of Kansas is hosting the job fair from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. inside the Exhibition Hall.

Dozens of companies will be represented and free seminars are also scheduled throughout the day, including a resume makeover session at 10:30 a.m.

This year there is a wide range of companies on hand, with positions in education, correction, food service, aircraft, computer tech, and more.

Job-seekers should bring an up-to-date resume, and dress professionally for interviews.
