Detroit bus, tractor collide, hurting 9 passengers

DETROIT (AP) — A Detroit public bus and a tractor pulling lawn equipment have collided in the city, injuring several passengers.

TV stations WDIV and WXYZ say the crash happened Sunday afternoon on Detroit’s near east side.

The stations say neither driver was hurt, but nine people on the bus were taken to hospitals. The stations say that none of the injuries appeared to be serious.

WZYZ says the tractor’s driver ran a red light.
