DENVER (AP) — Authorities say a baby survived a fall from a third-story window near Denver’s Cherry Creek neighborhood.

Mark Watson, a spokesman for the Denver Fire Department, says firefighters were called at about 12:30 p.m. Saturday, and the baby was crying and moving as it was rushed to the hospital.

Watson tells The Denver Post (http://bit.ly/1jFZVZC ) that police will investigate what led to the fall. No other information was released.
