Hinds named 2014 CPIFL MVP

WICHITA, Kansas – Leading his team to the playoffs and racking up impressive stats, Wild Quarterback Rocky Hinds is named Most Valuable Player of the Champions Professional Indoor Football League.

Going 10-1 in 11 starts, Hinds lead the Wild to the best record in the CPIFL this season. He passed for 1,705 yards and 41 touchdowns, which ranked third in the league. In 261 pass attempts this season, Hinds only threw six interceptions and added 89 rushing yards with eight rushing touchdowns.

Wild head coach, Paco Martinez received and honorable mention for coach of the year and LB Jason Catchings also received an honorable mention for Defensive Rookie of the year.
