Louisiana “house of horrors” raided

Natchitoches Parish, LA (KTAL-TV) — Three people are behind bars in after being arrested for what Sheriff Victor Jones Jr. calls “the most severe and disturbing” case of human trafficking ever investigated in Louisiana’s Natchitoches Parish.

David Rodriquez Jr., Christina Marie Harper and Ambre Tubbs Lomas, were all booked into the Natchitoches Parish Detention Center Wednesday.

The trio were arrested after a woman with a long logging chain attached to her neck flagged down an officer, telling him she’d escaped from captivity at Rodriguez’ home.

During the initial stages of the investigation, detectives learned the victim had been held captive, chained outside and inside a building against her will for several days.
