Caught on camera: North Dakota twister

WATFORD CITY, N.D. (NBC News) — Nine people were injured Monday when a tornado ripped through a housing camp for oil workers near Watford City, North Dakota.

Eight were treated for their injuries and released; the ninth, a 15-year-old girl who was visiting her aunt and uncle in the camp, remains in the intensive care unit at Trinity Hospital in Minot.

Dan Yorgason, also in the camp at the time of the storm, recorded images of the tornado as it moved through, even as he and a friend made the quick decision to flee in their truck.
