When they arrived, police found a body inside.

“Officers arrived and did some investigation and found a deceased adult in the back of the car,” said Matthew Jensby, Maize Chief of Police.

Investigators believe the body was in the car for at least two months, and the body was in an advanced state of decomposition

“We know it is an adult. Don’t know a male or a female. Approximately, a couple of months, but we don’t know for sure,” said Jensby.

The approximate age of the person is 30 to 50 years old.

On Monday afternoon, the McPherson Police Department shared on its Facebook page saying Adam Sabri’s vehicle was found in Maize with a deceased man inside.
