Pet Project: Clyde

Adrian Fox, from the Kansas Humane Society, brought a dog with him today.

Adrian answers the following questions:

  • I adopted an older cat, an orange tabby, who seems to be healthy but her ears bother her a lot. I have tried Eradimite drops for earmites, but it doesn’t seem to help. Is there something else I can do?
  • What’s a good tool to get to the bottom of my dog’s coat? I use a brush, but it doesn’t seem to be getting the job done.
  • My two puppies just turned a year old. He is a Yorkie Schnauzer mix & she is a Dachshund Jack Russell mix. They continuously chew & destroy our couch but only when they’re left home alone. I take them on 30-minute walks 3 times a week. Other than caging them, what can we do?
  • We have a 5-year-old guinea pig but we want to get a cat or two. How will they get along?

If you have a question for the Kansas Humane Society, send it to PetProject@ksn.com and we will try to get it on the air.
