Man kidnapped and left in his underwear

WICHITA, Kansas – Wichita police arrested four people for kidnapping a 23-year-old man.
It happened around 10:30 Saturday night in the 2000 block of South Hydraulic.
Officers were dispatched to 17th and Topeka and located the victim in his underwear.
The victim told police he was taken by force and beaten by the suspects.
He also had property stolen.
Police located the suspects and booked them for aggravated robbery and kidnapping.
