Numerous pot products from Denver seized on I-70 near Salina

SALINA, Kansas – Numerous pot products from Denver were seized on I-70 near Salina.

The Saline County Sheriff’s Office says that Thursday night deputy Craig Norris made a routine stop on I-70 about 4-mile east of Salina.

The officer noticed a strong smell of marijuana in the car and a drug sniffing dog was brought in.

A Virginia couple is arrested after a K-9 unit finds edible marijuana products in their vehicle including brownies and chocolates.

Officers also found paraphernalia.

Jayme L. Lambert, 24 and Abdul Rahman, 25 both of Virginia are now facing charges that include possession of marijuana and paraphernalia.
