Kellogg reopens after rock spill

WICHITA, Kansas – Westbound Kellogg is reopen after spilled rocks closed the flyover near downtown.

The highway was closed for an hour as crews worked to clean up rocks that were spilled from a dump truck.

Westbound traffic was diverted off at the downtown exit.

It was allowed to get back on the westbound Kellogg entrance past the flyover.
