Baked pineapple casserole

Today’s recipe comes from the kitchen of Andrea Hollingsworth.

1/2 Cup of butter
1 cup of sugar
4 eggs well beaten
1 large can of crushed pineapple (drain well)
6 slices of white bread without crust, tear into small pieces


  • Mix ingredients together and pour into a casserole dish.
  • Place dish in a 350-degree pre heated oven and bake for 45-minutes.
  • Remove and serve hot.
