Early to compete tonight in slam dunk contest

DALLAS, Texas – Wichita State’s Cleanthony Early is on the roster to compete tonight in the 26th Annual State Farm College Slam Dunk & 3-Point Championships.

Thursday’s Contest Features Six All-Americans and Airs Live on ESPN at 8 p.m. CT.

The event will take place at Moody Coliseum on the campus of Southern Methodist University in Dallas and will be televised following the NIT championship game on ESPN.

One of the staples of championship weekend, the contest features 24 of the top dunkers and three-point shooters college basketball has to offer and this year’s field includes six All-Americans.

The event will be televised live on ESPN by a broadcast team of Brad Nessler, Dan Dakich and Kaylee Hartung.
