Minor earthquake felt in Kansas

WICHITA, Kansas – A minor earthquake was felt early Sunday morning in south central Kansas.  It happened around 1:50 a.m.

According to the United States Geological Survey, a magnitude 4.3 earthquake occurred approximately two miles southeast of Enid, Oklahoma or 14 miles north of Crescent, Oklahoma.

The earthquake was felt in the Wichita area.

The earthquake was felt across much of eastern Kansas including the Kansas City area.
