Westbound Kellogg reopens after accident

WICHITA, Kansas – Westbound Kellogg is now open after an injury accident shut down travel near the intersection of 151st Street West and Kellogg Friday morning.

According to authorities, a Dodge minivan carrying four people was heading eastbound on Kellogg and turned north on 151st Street.

The minivan was struck on the right side when it turned in front of an oncoming car headed westbound on Kellogg.

All four occupants in the van were injured and transported to Via Christi Hospital. The driver has been identified as a 36 year old woman from Goddard and the passengers were two boys ages 11 and 7 who are listed as being in fair condition and a 5-year-old girl who is still in critical condition.

No one was injured in the westbound car.
