ST. LOUIS — Friday, St. Louis has turned into a sea of supporters for Kansas schools as all three will take the court in hopes of advancing to the round of 32.
Obviously it’s a big day for the players but fans are incredibly excited to show everyone that their team is here for the long haul. The St. Louis Union Station Hotel became a sea of black and yellow as fans held their pep rally to get pumped for the big game today.
Wichita State starts their tournament journey at 6:10 Central Time against Cal Poly.
Even with all the excitement surrounding the upcoming game and the Shockers being a No. 1 seed, fans say it’s not the time to get comfortable or make any assumptions. Fans say the special number to remember is 6 as in 6 more games to win and then the National Championship will be theirs.
